Our brilliant bones

Today we have watched a clip all about our brilliant bones.


We thought about how to keep our bones and bodies healthy.

Sophia – Eat fruit.

Nevaeh – Eat healthy foods.

Elsie – Do a lot of exercise.

Amelia – Run really fast.

Esther – Drink lots of water.

Freddie – Do exercise, running and jumping.

Sam – Eat carrots and sometimes chips.

Thomas – Drink water.

Dylan – Drink milk to make your bones strong.

Cruz – Drink orange juice.

Skye – Drink milk.

We also thought that when we do excerise we need to look after our bodies and keep them safe.

Aiden – You must wear a helmet.
